Removing the malware

A number of ways help you find and remove malicious software.

Step 1: Go to the Safe Mode, disconnect the computer with internet, don’t access internet until you remove all malware. The performing steps will help to prevent the malicious software spread your data out. If you haven’t installed the anti malware software then you should try Malwarebytes, download, install and update and after disconnect internet.

Start the computer on “Windows Safe Mode” mode. If any malware is able to boot the same OS, then “Windows Safe Mode” mode will help to prevent the malwares performs this thing.

To access the “Safe Mode” mode, you restart computer when you see the boot screen, noting the press <F8> notice, at which point you repeatedly press F8 key. The next “Advanced Boot Options will appear, selecting “Safe Mode with Networking” and press <Enter>.

Step 2: Deleting the temporary file. This step can help increase scanning speed, increased disk space and help remove some malware. To use the Disk Cleanup tool available in Windows, you go to Start> AllPrograms> Accessories> System Tools> Disk Cleanup.

Step 3: Scan system. No antivirus program can detect all types of the malware, so you should take 2 or 3 anti the malware programs of different vendors. This way enough to remove most types of malware.

Anti-virus program has two types: real-time scanner and on-demand scanner.

If you suspect your computer has been malware, you should use on-demand scanner first, then scan your entire computer with antivirus programs in real time.

You can select the malware scanners on-demand scanner as follows: BitDefender Free Edition, Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool, Malwarebytes, Norman Malware Cleaner, SuperAntiSpyware.

In this article, we use the Malwarebytes program. If your computer can not connect to the Internet, you can use another computer, download anti-malware programs and store it on USB storage.

When installation is complete anti-malware, Malwarebytes will check database updated the malware identification. Please click Yes if Malwarebytes request you database update identify malware. Then you open the program, click the Perform quick scan and click Scan. Quick scan helps detect most forms of the infection malware.

If Malwarebytes doesn’t run, you don’t try to open the program, because your computer could have infected rootkit or malware on the system, prevent malware program activities. At this point, cost effective solution is to reinstall Windows with the “clean” drive.

If Malwarebytes works, program will alert when found the malware on your computer. To see the malware infected file, click Scan Results. The program offers several options to remove dangerous files, click the option to remove the malware and click Remove Selected.

If the computer still the malware after perform quick scan, you should run full scan.  If you run full can that still malware, run a full scan with antivirus program in real time.

Step 4: Fixing the web browser error

If malware change the browser home page or change the browser settings allow display unwanted advertising on your web browser. First, you need to check the browser settings page. In Internet Explorer, click Start> Control Panel, and open Internet Options. Under Home Page, check the browser home page, if not properly browser home page you want, edit it. Next, click Connetion card, LAN Settings button, select the “Automatically” setting.

Step 5: Restore the files if Windows crashes.

If Windows does not work normally, you reinstall Windows. First, copy all your data on USB storage or an external hard drive. Note, you can’t save the application installed on your computer, but need to reinstall the program.

If Windows doesn’t boot or during work has an error make you can’t back up data, you should use the Hirent BootCD boot disk (www.hiren.info/pages/bootcd). You should frequently update to the application. Software, operating systems like Windows, Adobe often targeted by hackers. So when the company discovered security holes, they often require updates to the program. With Windows, open the Windows Update function, and enable the option to download and install automatically. If you receive notification of updates, please proceed immediately to the Windows updates, software, applications installed on your computer.
